Jorge Mendoza began his professional career as a manager at St. Vincent's hospital where he became the top negotiator, securing millions in reimbursement from insurance companies.
During his MBA studies in Manhattan, he entered the highly demanding and lucrative field of accounting and real estate services. Jorge opened his own accounting practice, and as he's done for years with his tax clients, takes a great deal of time carefully interviewing each individual to fully understand their needs and goals.
Jorge Mendoza has negotiated well over 3,000 complex and time sensitive deals spanning nearly a decade long career in healthcare management, accounting and now exclusively luxury real estate sales.
Jorge started his real estate career at Manhattan’s most prominent luxury brokerage - Douglas Elliman’s Tribeca sales office where he represented a range of clients from first time renters to royal families and celebrities.
From the first-time home buyer to sellers and investors, Jorge has much to offer his real estate clients.
